How to defend Brown This Thursday.

In last night's game, Brown was 6-13 from the FT line and scored 26 total points. His points came at a point-blank range under the basket. I would like to see Hart and Morman under there with him. If he even thinks about shooting or passing off, foul the heck out of him. That would give Haase and Pick a rest and cut down on their fouls. Put him on the line where he was around 50% rather than let him score a sure two.

What will be the Outcome of the Game Tomorrow Night?

Neither I nor anyone else knows who will be victorious but one thing I do know. It has been great to be able to enjoy basketball again. For the past few years, things have been dead from the end of football till Sring practice and the baseball season. I did not want to watch our basketball team often get embarrassed.

The complete turnaround of basketball I call the "Miracle on 4th Street.' Most all figured Jay's new players would be better than last year's "Shock Troops, but we had no idea how much. Well, we know now. Thank you, Jay and our Athletic Director, for letting Jay keep his job.

So tomorrow's game is significant, of course, and a loss would hurt, but it won't ruin the season for me. We are going to win and put the icing on the cake. We are hoping for a sell-out.

Help out an old guy?

USMer from early 70’s here. So what is Dub City? Don’t live in the area but coming to the game tomorrow. I know when I hand my wife that white T shirt to wear with Dub City, I’ll be asked what’s the meaning. Now I can guess “W” for winning and something else for back in my time there but prefer to know in case she fact checks me. Thanks.
