Talked with a young married couple tonight, both Ms. State grads. Talked baseball and football. It was nice to talk with people who didn't live in the SEC bubble. They thought we got hosed on baseball invite, and were apprehensive about football in the Rock. I thought they were out there, but hadn't seen them in a while. I told them I was shocked at the collapse of their baseball team, for a program with as much historical success. Nice conversation, ended with each wishing the other success, except for opening game.....Black/Gold.
Refreshing. They do exist.
