Does Matt get a complete game from that or is there an inning requirement ? Looks like he does.

In NCAA college baseball, a complete game (CG) is achieved when a pitcher starts and finishes the entire game for their team, even if it's shortened or goes into extra innings. If a pitcher is the only one to appear for their team, they earn the complete game, regardless of how many innings are played.
