but I can't get onto the Loyalty board now. I recently changed my credit card. Could that be the reason, it has a different number. Any suggestions. Thanks.

I think your going to have to call the Rivals office to get that fixed cause if anything changed with your card , you can get it straight there. When I quit the pay board I had to go there to get it done right.
I posted your question on The Loyalty Board and got this response "No moderator can help him there, he needs contact member's services, we have and can do nothing about financial aspect of things"
