Hope I am wrong but don't think this meeting will provide sanctions unless something has changed, which is certainly possible.
Last time I discussed with a USM official they did not expect sanctions to be announced until April--which kills another recruiting class. Maybe our strong cooperation has allowed them to move up the deadline.

Would appreciate clarification if anyone has recent information. We really need sanctions announced quickly so we can get this behind us.

BGN has learned that Cal commit Gentle Williams from Florance, MS will be on campus for an official visit to Southern Miss this weekend. Williams played OT in high school and was the best OG for MS in the MS/AL game, but USM is recruiting him as a C.

Also hearing a QB may come in but nothing official on that so I won't mention names yet.
