Didn't one of the recruits leave for Jr. College? I know we had some guys that transferred in but we also had guys that left. Also, I can not find a site that shows who all are coming in this coming season.

He is graduating in May and joining the military. He will not be entering the portal, he is hanging up his cleats for good.

Johnson:
I had a good week of practice and I felt like I had a good week vs UTSA
Lab Tech has good biggs and good guards
LA Tech guards are fast and really good in transition
We have to stop their biggs, and slow them down to stop to La Tech
Coming off 2 loses we are practicing hard this week to pick up some wins

Ladner
We needed to win 1 of the UTSA games. I thought we played hard after watching films.
Not having Tae hurt s. He is our best perimeter defender and that is huge when paying teams with good guards. He also means a lot to us on offense, he would have created problems to them.
Johnson played well, and maybe he will become the player we thought he could be. He missed 5 weeks in fall with knee issues.
I like our balance in scoring. We are getting better every game. We are encouraging our guys to take more shots and play with confidence. I want them shooting open shots.
LA Tech has 3 really good players in the post. Lofton may be the biggest guy in D1 (size not height) he is a load. Gordon and Crawford are good. Crawford can shoot from the outside. We are going to have to pressure the ball to keep them from getting it into the paint.
We have to run the entire game where we may have an advantage there.
Johnson is talented, he has had an adjustment period from JUCO. He has had to learn to compete every day. He is now understanding that.
Mormon is back and has looked good in practice. He is the one guy we have that will be important on defense because of his size. He also gives us extra fouls to use and get Tyler extended rest.
We are excited about possible announcement on Friday. Things could change, but we will be safe.
We are keeping all our options open in recruiting.

Well...I certainly am...Should be Super Regional bound this year!!!!

He has a hip injury and he is day to day, but they think he will be able to go this weekend. We will update when we find out more.

Gametime is at 3pm on ESPN Plus. A terrible start doomed the Eagles yesterday. They finally picked things up at the end of 1st half but couldn't get over the hump amd lost 70-64. Hopefully Hardy is able to go. He was missed last night. He supposedly has a hip/leg injury but possible not severe.

Southern Miss baseball coach Scott Berry announced the appointment of Nick Ammirati as assistant coach for the 2021 season.

Ammirati comes to Southern Miss after working four seasons as an assistant coach at Hinds Community College, where he also worked as the program’s recruiting coordinator and as the school’s Sports Information Director.

In his first season at the helm of the offense, the Eagles hitters thrived. Ammirati's hitters recorded a stellar .340 batting average, placing them 6th in the nation via the NJCAA, as well as a .553 slugging percentage, which ranked 6th nationally.

Larry Scott has been ousted as the commissioner of the Pac 12. They cited failure to keep up with the big 10 and SEC in tv revenue. He also tried to get Texas and Oklahoma in the league but had to settle for Colorado and Utah, which the league as a whole did not want. Our conference needs to grow a pair and ship Judy out on the next boat to China and hire us a MAN that can do the job and not just collect a salary for nothing.

Due to CUSA's scheduling decision because of the Covid-19 virus, both men's and women's basketball teams will be playing UTSA this weekend. This is a big weekend for both teams who are coming off successful series against MTSU.
