Who do you think should be the next women's basketball head coach at Southern Miss?

I have read many post on this board suggesting the next Southern Miss head coach should be the current head coach at Louisiana Monroe. Perhaps it should be one of the assistants on the current staff. Is it worth hiring someone with no prior connections to Southern Miss? I am interested in what everyone else thinks.
