I take this title from "The Who" because I have a few concerns. He undoubtedly has a wide range of team experience because he has been with every school in the nation except Slippery Rock. That is a good thing. I have read that he is good at obtaining portal players and recruiting in general. Success at USM will depend on this ability. He will need the help of good assistant coaches and coordinators. We have lacked that asset for a long time, at least since Armstrong. Success will depend on his ability to cherry-pick Marshall's best Offensive linemen and their QB. Fortunately, or unfortunately, we don't have but a few players that will be missed. We should retain Chris Jones, Jalen Washington, Reed Jesiolowski, Will James, Elijah Sabbatini, Kenyon Clay, John White, and Chris Hayes.
I believe hiring Huff may be the missing piece of the puzzle for improvement. How much improvement will depend on the abovementioned and the amount of money USM fans denote to the Collective. Once I see the future roster, I will comment on next year's win/loss record. One thing is for sure: I will not be fooled again.
