In the real world, job performance gets graded annually with Performance Reviews. You either do not meet, meet or over achieve key pre determined performance markers. Prior to Scott Berry's arrival, The Key Objectives for our Head Baseball Coach had gotten to the point where making the NCAA tournament was our standard. That was expected., In essence Coach Berry has gotten a below standard employee review for the past four years. I don't know in any other environment (other than the Federal Government) where missing your objectives 4 years in a row would allow you to stay employed. Period. It;s time to promote Coach Berry to fan and get some fresh blood in.
