we could have won...or we were good enough that we could have won but for a few plays. I thought we would be below average or maybe even bad this year. Picked up my spirits a bit to know we could have won and now I look for a better season than I originally thought. We might can win our division and maybe even conference this year if North Texas stumps their toe and we win our conference games. That would be sweet.

This was a Bower type loss to Bama situation plus even SEC refs couldn't overcome Auburn's mistakes. That said there is no reason not to win the conference if a running game is marginally established.

Take away two long plays that our defense gave up and two turnovers and maybe we have something. Not to blame the defense, they played well. I really think our biggest problem area is the O line. That and Jack has an interception issue.
