ULALA this week. Do we even have 2 starters to run out there? And if we go 6 or 7 pitchers in either or both games what does that do to our weekend pen. I have given up on hosting a regional but I had hoped to win CUSA....but I am wondering if we can win a tourney that goes 4 games....even against CUSA teams. The only hope is that we outscore them, and we might. We CAN hit, praise God.
I think moving Wallner to DH so he can warm up and we don't run him in cold from the outfield should be considered. I also think Driver, when he gets some more work, needs to be a late inning reliever and I think a couple of our guys...NOT naming names....need to see a sports psychologist for the 'yips'....yikes.
FWIW, MSU women graduates 4 starters and 2 of them are the 2 best players ever...it was a fun run while it lasted for them. I wish Vic would come coach our men....but we can't afford him....sigh.
