Competitions is good but I am not a big fan splitting time at QB or the short book. I think history supports that assessment. Most of the time it does not work out well. You have the spring and fall camps to find your guy. Game 1 you run with the best horse. He gets the most snaps in pratice. He is the man. He runs the show until he proves he can't. The job is his to lose. Our starter game one should be our starter in the bowl game. Just my opinion.
