Can umps call a game at top of the 5th?

Nope game resumes at 10 am...need FAU to win both tomorrow ans we take care of Tech...

FAU defeated Rice for the 2nd game this AM. The rubber game is tied at 3-3 in the top of the 4th. I am looking out my window and heavy rain is on its way, so if the game is tied, it can't be called, right? FAU has to get back to Miami, and this game has direct effect on who is in first place. USM hopefully wins the rubber game today.
