I don't know much about women's basketball have never cared to really. But why does the women's basketball coach get a pass every year and keeping that big check but baseball, which I would guess brings in more money, people are ready to burn the Coach?
It seems like a double standard. We're never going to be a constant regional team again. You can look at any team and see how hard it is. Look at Texas. They have all the advantages in the world and had to win tourney just to get in. People need to realize just how special that run was and embrace it.
But I would love to know why women's basketball gets a pass at losing money every year. If it's not going to ever make money why not cut as many cost as legally possible?
