Just wait until the new coach comes in. Unless we raise enough money to hire a proven coach, we will be in trouble for years to come. Throwing spaghetti against the wall, as we have been doing the past couple of years, isn't going to work. I don't want an assistant who has only had success in the past year or two but one who has had multiple years of it and that we will take a lot of money. Trying to get by cheaply has led to disastrous results. Whoever it may be must be able to draw talent from the portal and coach them.
