Winners in the Budget Compromise - Republicans because this is an historic decrease in the budget, Democrats because they gave up less than than the Republicans. Losers - We The People, We have a debt that is increasing at $4 billion a DAY. Each family in this country owes $700,000 in government debt. Interest alone is $30,000 a year on that. And they are cutting what amounts to pennies.
