The leader of the United States Treasury. controlling the World's richest country. 20% of all money in the world, doesn't know to pay FICA taxes cause turbo tax didn't tell him too.

Republicans shouldn't even speak to Obama till the liar/or incompetent excuse for a treasurer is sent to the mental hospital. Till then discussions about TAXES with Obama is nothing but, a joke. Much like everything in this administration is.

He knew what he was doing. It's just that the ruling elite think that those petty rules are made for the common folk like us, not for them. They are special and should not have to abide by the laws and rules they pass. After all that is they way they write as many of them as they can so it shows their mindset. We should just be thankful that people like Geithner, Obama, and so many other elites care about us little people.They don't have to actually make a difference in what they do as long as they care, or at least pretend to.
