This was a event that wasn't something that had happened in this country for years. Biden was against the ban of China flights so he wasn't on the front of this by far. Easy to armchair something looking back but where were the efforts from the democrats to get in front of this? That's like blaming 911 on the Bush administration. Somethings are not easily predicted and prepared for. You could say the same about Pearl Harbor or any events which crippled this nation at one point in time. Trump had no magic wand to wave, the medical community, the scientist, the drug companies all have to play their parts. And many need time to develop the resources and cures. What could Trump have done differently and what Democrat's were offering that plan?
A lot of us have grandchildren in this board and like you are concerned about their future and dont like the marxist groups trying to destroy the american way of life.

Trump didn't create the crisis, the virus did. Everyone questions leadership at all levels when we are sitting in the stands. But show some democratic direction offered in the beginning. All the democrats have done is criticize and second guess after the crisis was in play. The unemployment was a result of the crisis as many businesses were closed affecting the employees. They closed down the beaches which affected our local economy drastically. If Trump didn't close down the economy the democrats would have complained. He did and you still blame him. Did you not see the economy grown before the virus and employment at record highs? Trump did that....not Obama nor Biden in their 8 years. My investments crashed under Obama but grew under Trump so I'm about what's been good for me as well.

Being subject and actually doing it are a far distance apart. Obama got a pass and his legislative accomplishments stifled the economy. Democrat's worrying about the death of the elderly while millions of babies are slaughtered doesn't provide some moral standing for y'all. And we know how the democrats love to spend our money...so double standards on that call.
I would have taken seriously the intelligence briefings the president was receiving in January, warning him of the seriousness of the threat. He ignored it, blew it off as nothing. Rest is history. I find his leadership skills seriously deficient.
