Congrats to our senior player, Armelin, and the rest of the team! Very proud. They have shown true grit Golden Eagle spirit through one of the toughest (if not THE toughest) basketball seasons this program has ever experienced. I give Doc Sadler a ton of credit for instilling in his team an unwavering attitude of "no quit!" In my opinion, Doc Sadler is revealing himself to be the kind of blue collar, high character coach that has walked the courtside, sidelines and dugout so many times throughout Southern Miss history. It's certainly early in his tenure, but I hope I'm right.
