Why is the administration allowing this?

I had heard about the MSU activities scheduled in H'burg but was unaware until a few minutes ago of this one:

7 p.m. Dawg Walk

I agree with those on here who have expressed the need for us to be gracious hosts, but allowing them to schedule this at the exact same time as our Eagle Walk? Seems like a bit too much hospitality...

Last year in Starkville our band made the trip. Me & mine were there plenty early enough. Did we have the Eagle Walk and we just somehow missed it???
