Upper deck seats question . . . .

I'll be choosing my seats in NN soon and need some advice. My parents are getting older and don't need to travel up those steep stairs too far, but we want to be high enough that if sitting down the entrance tunnel isn't blocking our view of the near-side of the field. Anyone with experience on either upper deck that can tell me how high we need to be? Thanks!
