Tournament logistics question...

So where do where do all of the teams prepare while waiting for their time to use the ballpark? Who gets the clubhouse? Where do they keep all of their equipment? Baseball can be a very dirty sport so does the Pete's clubhouse even have showers? Laundry? I never thought of these things until I had a family of my own and everything it takes to keep it going.
