This may have already been discussed, but my biggest concern re taking an SEC coordinator ...

is that the money and facilities in the SEC (and Big 10 for that matter) are SO beyond reality that I feel like these coaches are used to a different world. And so when they are hit with the blue collar realities of what it takes to be a head coach at Southern Miss it is culture shock for them and they can't and won't be able to adjust to the, frankly, extra work and extra hours that go into succeeded here ALL WHILE doing it on a pennies compared to what they are used to having access to.

It takes a very special mentality, toughness and work ethic to succeed here. You have to be not only highly intelligent, driven and wildly creative. You have to have an almost crazy streak in you to make it work.

I question SEC princes when it comes to ability to do this.

Just my opinion and concern.
