some great coordinators just aren't head coaches. I do like promoting from within but don't force it. The Natural thing is to not listen to Monken like we didn't with Fedora but I hoped we learned our lesson. Monken is straight shooter and he will let Bill Mcgillis know If someone is ready on the staff. I hope we listen. .
