Well, every year at this time I have said the same thing for the last 60 years or so. "I think we are going to have a good team this year". However, this year I think things may be a little different. How so? Well, let's take a look. We have 7 home games. There is not a game on our schedule we can't win. No Auburn, Miss State, Alabama, etc. Our team has good experience and depth. There are some very talented players on the squad. The all-important QB position is in good hands. Our guys seem to be working hard in Fall camp. If the coaches will step up and do their jobs and at the same time lite a little fire and confidence in the players we will do great this year. We can assist by buying season tickets and fan support for our team.
I would like to remind everyone to be aware. The seats will probably be spread out so it will be difficult to take a sip of nippy tod without being detected. I do not know if the concession stand will be open or not so if you have a mixer, you may want to be very discrete. See you at the games.
