With only about 8 schollys left to give, watch for the staff to steal a few from next season. With the recent departure of Fletcher and was told that Portlock will also be going to the portal (still listed on active roster), USM will have 4 players who will or might be transferring (nit sure about Fletcher yet). Also with the new NCAA rule about getting up to 7 schollys extra to replace players transfering, USM might have 12 schollys. The transfer portal will be a main target of the staff. This new rule will be a benefit for USM.
