D'Iberville by way of Gulfport, Mississippi
He's fiery.
Young.
Offensively minded.
He's worked with Woz before, meaning he might keep him, offering some continuity.

These are all plusses to me.

Negatives:
- It seems all his offensive experience is with a pro style offense. Before everyone beats me up with, "I don't care if we run the wishbone as long as we win" let me point out that we have trouble getting those kids and have been in a spread set / hurry up for 8 seasons. There is a big difference.

- He's been in the SEC for a long time. Yes, they have good coaches, but they also have good jimmies and Joe's. He won't have that here all the time. I'm not sure he knows the itty bitty details of playing the game, like say an inside hire would having been here to see it done he past three.

- He had played for and coached for John L. Smith.

If we hire him, I'm going to support him, but those few things are big on my mind. I want add little change from what we have as possible. I'm really afraid a style change is not what we want now.

Convince me I'm wrong.
