Should Southern Miss add men's soccer?

CUSA is becoming quite an NCAA men's soccer conference. Marshall won a National Championship this past season and now West Virginia just announced they are joining CUSA soccer. Kentucky and South Carolina have been in CUSA for men's soccer for several years now. I know the drawback is the cost of adding a men's sport and the requirement of adding an additional women's sport due to Title IX to "balance" the scholarships.
