This is going to be hard.
It will go a lot easier if everyone gets on board, and we tough it out together. Good chance for some bonding here, fellas. LOL.
Seriously, Doc is probably the best guy we could hope for to get us through this. He gets great effort from his guys, he doesn't throw in the towel when the odds are long (or impossible - see UTEP game), and he has that work ethic we all want.
Let's own this, let's struggle through it together, let's be the best fanbase in C-USA even if we don't win a damn game next year. Doc Sadler is no EJ. Doc Sadler is one of us.
Let's take the NCAA's best shot, cry on each other's shoulders for a minute, then get to work promoting and supporting this program, THE RIGHT WAY. For a year or two at least, we're probably going to have players that want to be here at Southern Miss, but may not have the greatest skill set. I'm man enough to give 100% as a fan. You guys are too, or you wouldn't be
here.
This is OUR program. I'd rather pull for an 0-30 team than go through this Donnie Drama. anyway.
