Had the opportunity to attend practice last night while visiting my daughters at school and came away really impress. I really think Mullens gets the start, but Matthews is the real deal. I think either can lead the team and the team will follow his lead and feel confident with his ability. I do think Matthews is the better runner, and throws a tighter spiral but who cares as long as the ball is on the mark. Too many of the balls were dropped by the receivers last night that were in their hands. We need to put super glue on their gloves before the game. The players really looked ripped. In the best shape ever. Great attitude.Nearly everyone touched the "Rock" on the way out. The difference between these guys and Ms State players, they are hungry, and you can tell it and they want to win. No, they won't win every game, but they are going to surprise the heck out of a lot of teams this year. I wouldn't bet the farm on them,(cause I worked to hard for what I have) but I might think about my wife of 37 years if she didn't find out about it.(just kidding ,hon.)
