As some of you know, I have been relatively accurate in my predictions this year so here goes for Saturday. It will rain in Monroe Thur and Fri but will clear up Sat with a hi of 58. I look for about 150 USM fans making the trip. Lowe will likely be at QB for us, and Chandler Rogers for ULM. Rogers left USM during the HOP years and will be high as a kite for the game.
Armstrong must put a heavy rush on Rogers early. The defense will be all over ULM and could force a turnover. Rogers has rushed for 5 TDs and passed for 9 with seven interceptions. His longest run has been 22 yards. He has one reception for a TD.
If Hall has a good game with play calling and has established some wrinkles, the offense should be able to score big time. He should take the burden off of Gore and use Mims, Willis, Caston, Dean, and Pitt, I am going against the odds makers and predict USM 31-ULM 13.
