OT - former recruit in trouble??

Jeffrey Simmons may be in some trouble based on this recent incident. Don't know the whole story here, but striking a woman is never a good situation. I hope the lady on the ground is ok.

If he gets dismissed from MSU, would he be a possible transfer to USM? How much eligibility would he have? I know there was a family connection on the team which might be a good thing to help him mature/develop.
