The Chinese haven't any shame. Conversely, this is likely the case of a company shipping labor overseas for profit sakes, and having to forgo some intellectual rights in order to sale products there. They run the risk of training that labor force and that labor force leaves with the know how to create their own product.

See this a lot within the auto industry now too...Chinese-produced cars looking exactly like already established marques.
