OSU/NMSU Logo Issue

Sound familiar? Why wait so long to do anything about it? At least these 2 logos actually look alike! Still don't think our eagle head looks like Iowa's stencil logo.

Help me please, I still see ours in use. If we lost the lawsuit, why is ours still being used. Is it under appeal or something and we can use it u til appeal is finished?

We can use it. We just can't trademark it and make money off it.

Actually, I think we can use ours as long as we have "Southern Miss" in close proximity. Just can't use it as a stand-alone logo.
