I had to work the entire series but was able to follow on apps and gametracker. It sure seems like it was one of the better series ever played in Hattiesburg and kills me that I missed it. I was able to check out the bios on most of the Rice players during the game and they are most impressive. A couple of their pitchers were finalists for pitchers of the year and most all other player were recruited by most major baseball programs or either professionally drafted. I'm sure this is a year in year out thing for them and one reason they have dominated like they have. It also give me hope that we can put it together when challenged. To the top.
