Taking most of the info that came out this afternoon as fact, i have a few questions:
1. Given the financial dilemma we are currently in and the job goes to JHop or Duggan, which of the two do you feel will keep most of, if not all of, the current staff? I know it sounds like a dumb question but i would imagine if JHop is the man, he would be crazy to "upset the apple cart" and start fresh. He would have a tried and true DC that loves Hattiesburg and USM and a pretty darn good OC and play caller as well. If DD is the man, i see the staff continuity as well. he would need to either promote a DC from within or go get a new stud DC like Deke. Is that the way you guys see it?
2. who is the better recruiter?
3. which causes less polarity in the fan base?
4. with some success (bowl games, championships, etc) who do you think would be the long term solution and not a "stepping stone" coach. may be an impossible dream, i know.
