Firstly, I like Coach Monkens frankness and candor. He has expectations for the team and the fan base. Though I believe 99% of BGN are the die-hard fans that we need more of, we all know "fans" that need a bit of influencing to attend. So, my suggestion is to reach out to those fans/people and start to invite them to the tailgating and game now! We only have 4 more games at the Rock the season!
