No Doubt!

You may have seen the Bower quote that Jay is " No doubt, one of the best recruiters I have ever been around." Even when he was DB coach here in 2001-03, you could tell that he should have a bright future because he was so personable and knowledgeable. You just knew he would be able to recruit well, and he did. This perhaps will make him a lot better getting the Jimmys and Joes even if some of the people we wanted may have been better with the X's and O's. Hard to make any scheme successful without big play makers! Also, if he recruits Mississippi like I think he will, it will have a positive impact on our attendance. Since Ole Miss is going national with their recruiting, we will be able to get more really good athletes out of Mississippi!
