Both Sandlin and McCarthy have been moved to the minor league roster. Sandlin due to injury and McCarthy to make room for another pitcher Cleveland wanted on the roster. I am sure Sandlin will be back on the MLB roster next year and most likely McCarthy will be at the AAA level to start the season.
