The rules for new CUSA! You are the new CUSA commissioner and no realignment has ever took place. You get to pick any teams in the "group of five" to create power league of CUSA! It can be any teams from MAC, CUSA, AAC, MWC, SunBelt. I will go first!
In my new CUSA I would like something more regional. I like teams with good tradition, strong fanbases....
My CUSA would consist of 12 teams East/West divisons
