FCS schools will still be allowed to hold travel campus and there are other work-arounds. This past year Several Members of the Southern Miss staff worked the Alabama State Camp in Montgomery.
This allowed ASU coaches to tell kids that USM coaches were there to get them on campus and gave USM coaches a chance to work with the kids.
