vs. La Tech was, in the current context, and some disagreed, especially those on other sites who love to hate USM. But our guys were able to springboard from that win to a bowl win to a really good signing day. I give credit to our coaches and our current players who fought through an extremely rough stretch to turn it around. It looks like we have found our footing, so to speak, and are building back. We have a new AD, our basketball teams won, and softball and baseball looks promising. It's a good time to be an Eagle.

I agree. The win was huge, the bowl win was awesome, especially since it propelled us to a winning season (only team in the state with a winning season, of the big 3) and our recruiting looks really good. Go Eagles!
