Didn't see 8 wins on the schedule this year, but I'm damn happy to have them. Still lots to bitch about, but a lot to build on. Coaches really need to step up the recruiting now!
USM needs to be winning the West every couple of years at a minimum and playing for the League title every few years. I hate the current CUSA, but we should be winning so much more than we have.

We should have beaten Tennessee and Kentucky. Griggs wasn't injured for Kentucky, so why didn't he start for that one? Why did he think Keon was the better QB ?

We probably should at least split the SEC games. Griggs injury was the issue. In all fairness to Keon, he played well as a backup and led USM to key victories at UTSA and LA Tech on the road. Griggs is our starting QB and back healthy and we're moving forward.

Grigs has had several different injuries this year. leg, left hand, right hand. HIPPA rules have the coaches tight-lipped about injuries. Without the injuries, I have no doubt Griggs would have started vs Kentucky and Tennessee.
