Our lady eagles have been selected to represent CUSA in the 2015-2016 PRE season WNIT.

The pre season wnit is a different type event. Only one school is allowed from each conf. A school can only participate once every 4 years. In 2013 Middle Tenn participated and this past year Western Ky lost at starkville in the finals.
First round losers are guaranteed 3 games. The eight first round losers will be paired into 2 pools and will play a consolation round.
Teams who win the 1st and lose in the second are paired for another consolation game.
This could be a really good rpi boost and sos boost.
Southern Miss will bid to host in the first round.
