Before I start to dive headfirst into this subject, I want to be perfectly clear. I will or have never thought less of a man or woman if they leave their current job for better pay even if it seems to be some type of demotion. A person's responsibility is to their family and their family's wellbeing, and in most cases, that is taking another job for better pay.
