Is Now The Time For A New Conference?

With puzzle pieces starting to move again in conference realignment thanks to Texas and Oklahoma, is now the time to look at creating a more regional conference a little more seriously? I know it's been talked about on here numerous times on who the teams would/should be but this might be the time to get it done. If so, do we go with 12, 14, 16 teams?
