Indoor practice facility?

I know that our only "indoor practice facility" is the Payne Center. What has been the issue on getting one, money? Also can team roll out some temporary material over the basketball court if they Payne Center is used?

I think the basketball arena is a higher priority than an indoor practice fancily. Just me, but it would be nice.

That would make sense especially since the time and money were spent on how to improve it...
