Then I am all in on this hire. If he comes in and keeps Woz and some other assistants, it will show that he understands the value of continuity and loyalty at a program like Southern Miss. If he cleans house and brings his own guys in, I will be very concerned that he's going to have the "I know better than little ole Southern Miss and I'm gonna do it my way" attitude like EJ did.
