how good a decision it was (or wasn't) to hire Bill McGillis as AD. I think this is a real test for him. To state the obvious, what he does now will make a very big difference to a lot of people for at least the next four years. There are so many variables in the situation that it gives me a headache thinking about it. I am glad that I'm not the one who has to make this decision.
I think we are about to discover ...
