The central thesis of this debacle revolves around money for staffing. If we pay the coach we want, we can't afford staff salaries, at least not the salaries of the coaches that any respectful coach would want to bring in to replace our staff... that are busting their arses to keep our signing class together.
I say hire Duggan, keep the current staff and class together, and let's see what he can do. Let's hire him with a modest salary but load the contract up with generous bonus and incentive plans that will reward him for a job well done but won't bankrupt the school if he must go...
